Gachot Studios is a New York-based interior design company founded by John and Christine Gachot in 2012, with a service-centric collaborative environment.

Christine Gachot first started her career in design at the New York studio Sofield, where she worked for ten years before being named partner and vice president of design development at André Balazs Properties. After the experience, she founded her very own studio six years ago — Gachot — together with her husband John in Manhattan.

Since then, she’s established herself with projects like the Smyth Hotel, the Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club in New York, a residence for Marc Jacobs, and restaurants and bars for celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian. Her studio, which unites various disciplines ranging from real estate to artistic direction and interior design, was named among the AD100 for its simplicity, elegance, and eye for detail.
